Zoe Spicer

Zoe Spicer is the Vice President of Global Human Resources at C2FO, where Zoe helps businesses and governments access working capital. Zoe also works as an International HR Consultant at Hult International Business School, building engaging and current programs for global audiences. Additionally, Zoe is the Founder and Director of Be More Development Ltd, offering coaching, leadership programs, and HR consultancy services. In the past, Zoe has held leadership roles at various global start-ups, Adobe Systems, BEA Systems, Computacenter, and British Waterways. Zoe is a Business Graduate and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, with a BSc in Business and Management from the University of Bradford and a Post Grad from Leeds Beckett University.
