Boris Oklander

Boris is an expert in signal processing and machine learning who is a recipient of the Cisco prize for excellence in academic research and the Israeli navy commander prize for outstanding achievement. He is an IDF R&D Officer (Captain) with a PhD in Electrical Engineering and an Post-doc at Imperial College London.
