Joel Ruggiero Jr.

Joel Ruggiero Jr. is an accomplished horticulture professional with extensive experience in the cannabis cultivation industry. Currently serving as Chief Horticulture Officer at C3 Industries since January 2016, Joel has a track record of leadership and expertise in plant cultivation. Prior to this role, Joel worked as a Cultivation Consultant at Plants of Ruskin for six months in 2015 and served as Head Grower/Cultivation Manager at The Green Solution from December 2012 to July 2015. Earlier in Joel's career, experience was gained at Cambria Contracting as a Project Manager from 2007 to 2011, further enhancing project management skills in related fields.
