James Lucier

Partner, Senior Vice President Sales Operations at C3 Integrated Solutions

James Lucier has over 10 years of experience in the IT industry. From 2010 to present, they have been a Partner and Vice President of Technical Services at C3 Integrated Solutions. In this role, they are responsible for developing the C3 Professional Services practice and has been a regular nominee for the Microsoft Mid-Atlantic Cloud Partner of the Year, winning in 2014. James is also a Business and Technology Advisor, managing IT services for an advisor/integrator of technology services. From 2004 to 2010, James was the Manager of Technical Services at Capital Hospice, where they were responsible for the day-to-day technical operations. During this time, they managed a helpdesk, 300 laptops, 250 desktops, 400+ mobile devices, and major applications. James also collaborated with the CIO on the department budget and policies, and worked with the management group on decisions regarding the network infrastructure. In addition, James held the roles of Manager of Applications and Decision Support and Business Application Analyst at Capital Hospice.

James Lucier obtained a Masters in Information Technology Management, IT and CIO from George Mason University - School of Business in 2014. Prior to that, they earned a BS in Organization Management & Development from Bluefield College in 2005. In 2014, they also obtained a CIO certification from the U.S. Federal CIO Council.
