Carrie is the Commercial and Personal Lines Operations Manager at C3. In this role she truly gets to live out her passion for building up and mentoring others in the industry. As a leader at C3 she feels strongly about building meaningful relationships with her team, empowering their growth, and delivering the highest level of customer service for our clients. As a 20-year veteran of the industry with over a decade of experience working with remote teams, she has successfully managed and mentored colleagues from all over the United States. Carrie has a talent for developing processes and procedures for Commercial Lines teams that handle complex and segmented classes of business.
