Kristen Paquette

CEO, President at C4 Innovations

Kristen Paquette has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Kristen started their career in 2004 as a Family Selection and Support Coordinator at Americorps - Habitat for Humanity. In 2005, they joined the National Center on Family Homelessness as a Project Coordinator. In 2007, they transitioned to C4 Innovations and held various positions including Project Director, Deputy Project Director, and Project Coordinator until 2010 when they became the Chief Operating Officer. From 2012 to 2014, they served as the Vice President of t3 at C4 Innovations. Following that, they took on the role of Chief Program Officer/Senior Vice President until 2018 when they became the CEO of the company.

Kristen Paquette completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Sociology and Women's Studies from the College of the Holy Cross in the years 1999 to 2003. Kristen then pursued a Master of Public Health (MPH) degree in Public Health from the University of Massachusetts, from 2006 to 2010. In 2012, they obtained a certification as a 200-Hour Certified Yoga Teacher from Finding Inner Peace Yoga School.
