Brent Appleton is a highly skilled biochemist, biophysicist, and crystallographer with a strong background in structural biology. With a Ph.D. in Virology from Harvard University, Brent has held key positions in various companies such as Novartis, Genentech, and currently at C4 Therapeutics, Inc. as the Director of Biochemistry, Biophysics & Crystallography. With extensive experience in protein purification, crystallization, and structure determination, Brent has a proven track record of numerous co-structures across different therapeutic areas.
