Gina Kelly

Gina Kelly, MBA, currently serves as Senior Director and Head of Strategic Sourcing and Procurement at C4 Therapeutics, Inc., since October 2023, after holding similar roles at Apellis Pharmaceuticals from August 2019 to October 2023. Prior experience includes positions at Takeda and Shire, where Gina managed significant budgets and strategic sourcing initiatives in research and development categories. With a background at Staples spanning over a decade, Gina drove substantial cost reductions and competitive advantages through effective procurement strategies and played a key role in large-scale acquisitions that generated over $1 billion in synergy savings. Gina holds an MBA in Business Administration and Management from Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor's degree in Communication from Fitchburg State University.
