Alexandra Gardiner

Ms. Gardiner has over 30 years' experience in the Financial Services sector including private equity fund of funds, hedge fund of funds, private equity direct funds, and commercial real estate. She joins C5 Capital from Capitol Seniors Housing, where she served as CFO. In this role, she led accounting and financial reporting. worked with external Audit and Tax firms to successfully execute all required audits and tax returns for over 80 entities. She was responsible for all HR functions and oversaw third party IT consultants to maintain secure IT environment. Prior to Capitol Seniors housing, she was the Director of Finance for Cresa Global, where she worked on the 2017 roll-up of 19 of Cresa's most successful units into a new corporate entity, Cresa Global Inc. Ms. Gardiner also brings extensive audit and Big 4 Accounting Firm experience.

Gardiner is a C.PA. and holds an MBA from the NYU Stern School of Business and a BS in accounting from Towson State University.
