Tricia Desso-Cox, MM has had a varied career path. Tricia began their career in 1994 as a Data Entry Clerk at Kombi Ltd. Tricia then moved on to Sales Administration at Olds Cadillac Pontiac by Shearer in 1996. Tricia then went on to become a Service Writer at Lake Norman Ford in 2001 and a Parts & Warranty Associate/Technical Service Writer at Blodgett Corporation in 1998. In 2002, they became a Team Leader - Account Service Specialist at Comer Industries. In 2005, Tricia added Custom Silk Floral Designer at Signature Stems to their list of accomplishments. In 2013, Tricia joined C5 Insight as Director - Project Management, Business Analysis and Events. In 2016, they moved on to Zempleo, Inc. as a Business Analyst. Finally, in 2017, Tricia returned to C5 Insight as Director of Ops / EOS Integrator.

Tricia Desso-Cox, MM obtained their education history in the following chronological order: they attended Winooski High School from 1987 to 1991, then transferred to Johnson & Wales University for one year in 1991-1992 to pursue a degree in Fashion Merchandising. Tricia then attended Champlain College from 1992 to 1993 to obtain an AS degree in Fashion Merchandising. From 2005 to 2008, they attended University of Phoenix to obtain a BSBM in Business Management. In 2007, they attended The Employers Association to gain general business skills. In 2005, they attended Central Piedmont Community College to obtain Professional Development in Six Sigma, Quality and Project/Process Management. Lastly, they attended University of Phoenix from 2008 to 2009 to obtain a Masters in Management in Management. Additionally, they obtained certifications in Microsoft Sure Step in October 2015 and Six Sigma Green Belt.
