Cheryl Barnett is an experienced program and project manager with a diverse background in military and educational settings. Currently serving as Program Manager and Project Manager at C5MI since June 2020, Cheryl previously held roles as a Commissioned Signal Officer (Major) in the Army National Guard, managing communications for a Sustainment Brigade for over two decades. Cheryl's expertise includes comprehensive planning and direction of signal operations, risk management in international education, and developing study abroad programs during tenure as Associate Director at Southern Illinois University, Carbondale. Additionally, Cheryl managed international student recruitment and served as Deputy J9 for Combined Joint Task Force Phoenix VIII in Afghanistan. Cheryl holds a B.A. in Zoology from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, and is pursuing a Master's Degree in Public Administration.
