Wayne Arndt

Wayne has been with Chicago Aerosol since its inception in 2000. His aim is to maximize the organization’s growth and profitability by seeking ways to produce products as efficiently as possible while providing an outstanding record of on-time delivery to our customers.

Wayne has served in the aerosol industry for 41 years. Starting as a teen, he worked at DeMert and Dougherty, an aerosol and liquid filler located in the Coal City location. Over the years, Wayne worked his way up to plant manager. Previous employment also included the Red Wing Company, a private label and contract packager of retail food items where he served as a plant engineer.

Wayne has taken courses in industrial automation, supply chain management, and computerized inventory management at Joliet Junior College and the University of Wisconsin in Madison, Wisconsin.

When not in the office, Wayne enjoys vintage cars, fishing, outdoor conservation activities, and golf. He has five children and is blessed with four grandchildren – and counting!
