Stefania Soncin

Stefania Soncin is an experienced professional specializing in human resources, coaching, and organizational psychology. Currently serving as a Head Hunter at Talent In Food and Talent In HR since January 2018, Stefania conducts comprehensive headhunting and selection processes for various talent levels, from junior to executive positions. Additionally, as an Executive and Career Coach since 2010, Stefania develops personalized coaching programs for entrepreneurs, managers, and professionals, focusing on skills assessment and career orientation. At Ca' Foscari Challenge School, Stefania has also played a key role as an Organizational Psychologist since February 2018, contributing to coaching and selection for graduate programs.
