David C. Faham

David C. Faham serves as General Counsel at C+A Global since November 2020 and has been Corporate Counsel at Wiesner Products Inc. since May 2015. Additionally, David operates Faham Law LLC, an intellectual property and corporate law firm, since January 2012, providing legal counsel to various tech start-ups and small to midsize businesses. Previous experience includes roles as Assistant Counsel at SDI Technologies Inc. / KIDdesigns, Inc. / iHome from July 2014 to July 2017, and as an Associate and Legal Consultant at Hilco Streambank from November 2011 to August 2013, where David focused on the management of intellectual property assets. David's career began at Park IP Translations as Operations Manager from January 2005 to December 2011, where contributions included the development of operational efficiencies and management of legal document delivery. Educational credentials include a Juris Doctor in Intellectual Property from Fordham University School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Finance with a focus on Economics from Brooklyn College.
