Brad Gualtieri

Brad Gualtieri is an experienced recruitment professional with a strong background in talent acquisition and management. Currently serving as the Director of Experienced Hires at CPP Investments since September 2016, Brad leads a team focused on technology, data, and active equities recruitment for North America. Previously held positions include Sr. Search Partner at BMO Financial Group, Director Executive Search at Gilmore Partners, and Director Recruitment Services at IQ Partners Inc., where significant business growth was achieved. Additionally, Brad has contributed as a volunteer with Cancer Care Ontario and the Canadian Partnership Against Cancer, providing insights from personal experiences to improve patient care. Brad holds an Hon. B.A. in Criminology and Political Science from the University of Toronto.
