Maozhou Lu

Maozhou (Mike) Lu has extensive work experience in the tech industry, with a focus on finance analytics and risk management. Maozhou (Mike) started their career at Morgan Stanley in 2003 as a Senior Programmer Analyst. Maozhou (Mike) then joined Quest Software Canada in 2005 as a Senior Software Developer until 2011. From 2011 to 2013, they worked at Citi as an Associate Vice President and Senior Programmer Analyst, where they led a team and modernized the bonds trading platform. Since 2013, Lu has been working at CPP Investments as the Lead Engineer for Finance Analytics & Risk, where they are responsible for designing and building investment risk systems using cloud-native technologies and managing risk measures.
