Steve McCool

Steve McCool has extensive work experience in corporate communications and PR. Steve started their career as a Graduate Trainee at Hambros in 1990 and later worked at Merrill Lynch as a Vice President. Steve then joined UBS, where they held various roles including Media Relations Manager and Executive Director in Communications Management.

After their time at UBS, Steve founded Message Consultants, a firm that provided communications support and advice on corporate events. Steve later joined Macquarie Group as the Head of Communications for EMEA and also worked as an Associate Director in Corporate Communications and Investor Relations.

In 2018, Steve joined CPP Investments as a Consultant in Global Corporate Communications and was later promoted to Director and Managing Director roles in Corporate Communications.

Steve McCool attended St Columba's College from 1982 to 1987. From 1987 to 1990, they studied at University College Dublin and earned a B Comm degree in the field of Banking & Finance.
