Vanessa Friday has extensive experience in retail management, currently serving as Associate Director of Member Experience at CAA Niagara since February 2020 after previously holding the position of Manager Member Experience. Prior experience includes leadership roles at SEPHORA as Store Director, overseeing high-volume retail operations from 2016 to 2019, and Store Manager positions at LE CHÂTEAU and Mexx, with responsibilities ranging from inventory control to team development. Vanessa also held the role of Merchandise Manager at TJX Canada/Winners Merchants International L.P., where responsibilities included opening a new Marshalls location and managing a large team. Earlier experience includes general management roles at La Senza and a Sales Coordinator position at IKEA Group. Vanessa holds a degree in Business, Accounting, and Business/Management from Niagara College.
