Rick S. has over 20 years of work experience in various roles related to customer experience, operations, and workforce planning. Rick most recently worked at CAA-Québec as the Director of Client Experience in the Contact Center. Prior to that, they were self-employed as a Senior Director in consulting, where they focused on maximizing customer experience, driving growth, and implementing best practices. Rick also has experience at Hydro Québec as the Director of Workforce Planning and Administrative Services, and at Cogeco Connexion as the Assistant Director of Analytics and Strategy, Interim Director of Operations, and Assistant Director of Workforce Optimization. Additionally, Rick has worked at Voxdata as the Senior Director of Business Strategy, at Computershare Canada as a Manager in Business Planning and Contact Center Operations, and at SSA Solutions as a Business Analyst.
