Anna Halkidis

Anna Halkidis serves as the Manager of Network Relations and Operations at Canadian Club Groups-CAA South Central Ontario, a position held since June 2012. With a robust background in road service operations and community relations, Anna has developed and implemented strategic initiatives, including a network provider dossier and a performance payment model for Tow Operators. Key contributions include launching the CAA Bike Assist Application, enhancing Road Trips offerings, and fostering stakeholder relationships. Anna is noted for coaching and mentoring team members, as well as leading the successful merger of various road service teams, all while ensuring high-quality delivery of services and continuous process improvements.
