Cecilia Leung, CSM®, CSPO®, currently serves as the Digital Experience Product Manager at CAA South Central Ontario since December 2018. Previously, Cecilia held the position of UX Specialist at Rogers Communications from June 2016 to December 2018. Cecilia's extensive experience at Sears Canada spanned over a decade, where responsibilities included Product Manager for User Experience, Associate Marketing Manager, Associate Category Manager, Marketing Analyst, and Inventory Analyst. Cecilia obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Psychology from the University of Toronto - New College and a Certificate in Human Resources Development from Ryerson University.
