Derek Taylor

Derek Taylor, MBA, currently serves as Supervisor in the Business Solutions Group at CAA South Central Ontario since September 2019, with prior roles in the organization including Senior Business Consultant and Insurance Business Consultant. Before this, Derek took a four-month travel hiatus in early 2019. Experience also includes positions at Salesforce as a Business Development Representative and Sales Development Representative, and at Cornerstone Insurance Brokers as a Client Manager for Personal Lines, where responsibilities included managing a portfolio of over 1500 clients and advocating for their needs. Previous experience includes a role at belairdirect as a Specialist Sales and Service Advisor and at Linde Canada as a Project Manager overseeing inventory improvement initiatives. Derek holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Schulich School of Business - York University and a Bachelor’s Degree with a double major in Criminology and Philosophy from York University.
