Michael Pun

Michael Pun has over 25 years of experience in the IT sector, focusing on software development, system architecture, and technical leadership. Currently serving as the IT Development Manager and Technical Lead at CAA Insurance since 2013, Michael is responsible for managing a team to develop and implement core systems for Property and Personal Auto insurance using the Guidewire InsuranceSuite. Prior to this role, Michael was a Technical Lead and Technical Systems Analyst at RBC Royal Bank, where Michael led the design and upgrade of the IT Service Management infrastructure. Michael's career began at EDS Canada, Inc., where Michael developed a high-performance policy administration system used by over 60 insurance clients. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science with a minor in Actuarial Science from the University of Toronto.
