Teresa Choi is a Manager in the FSO IT Advisory at Ernst & Young, specializing in the Guidewire Practice with key responsibilities in a major policy transformation program for a leading West Coast Tier 1 Insurance client. With over 13 years of experience in software development, particularly in Property and Casualty Insurance, Teresa has excelled in various roles, including technical lead at CAA South Central Ontario, where involvement in multiple Proof of Concept projects and technical consultancy was pivotal. Previous positions at Mercury Insurance and the City of Santa Fe Springs provided extensive experience in Guidewire projects, product configuration, and technical support, complementing a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science and Statistics from McMaster University.
