Roxana K. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Roxana currently holds the position of Director of Software Engineering at CAAT Pension Plan. Prior to this, Roxana worked as the Director of Automation Center of Excellence at CPP Investments | Investissements RPC. Roxana also served as the Director of Enterprise Applications and IT Operations at Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada (CPA Canada). Earlier in their career, Roxana held positions such as Director of Business Application Portfolio at Northland Power Inc., Director of Information Technology at Hyundai Capital Canada, and IT Director at Morneau Shepell. Roxana also worked at Mercer in various roles, including Director of IT, Lead Architect, Solution Architect, and Senior Software Developer. Roxana's earlier experience includes working as an Intermediate Software Developer at Morneau Sobeco.
Roxana K. has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree from the University of Toronto and another Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree from the University of Timisoara in Romania. In 1998, they obtained a Programmer Analyst Diploma from CDI College. Roxana also has a certification in "What The Non-Financial Manager Needs To Know About Financial and Managerial Accounting" from the Schulich School of Business - York University, which they obtained in November 2016. Roxana K. attended the Schulich School of Business - York University in 2017 and 2018, where they completed a course in "What The Non-Financial Manager Needs To Know About Financial and Managerial Accounting" and earned a Mini MBA respectively. In 2019, they attended Gartner and completed the IT Symposium/XPO 2019. Additionally, Roxana K. holds certifications in IT Information Library Foundations (ITIL) v4 from AXELOS Global Best Practice and as a Microsoft Certified Professional.
