Susan Ng has a diverse background in human resources, with experience in various industries. Susan is currently serving as the Director of Talent Management at CAAT Pension Plan. Prior to this, they worked at University Health Network as a Human Resources Business Partner, where they provided leadership in a challenging healthcare environment. Susan has also held roles as the Director of Talent Development at QuadReal Property Group, Director of Human Resources at GWL Realty Advisors Residential, Human Resources Manager at University Health Network and Syncapse, HR Prime at Virgin Mobile Canada, Human Resources Manager at Nike Canada Corp., Human Resources Manager at Nike Golf Canada, and Human Resources Manager at Magna International. Throughout their career, Susan has demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition, performance management, organizational development, and change management.

Susan Ng completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Business and Economics at Wilfrid Laurier University. Susan then went on to earn their LLB degree in Law from Queen's University, graduating in 1996. In 2016, Susan pursued further education at the Schulich School of Business Executive Education Centre, where they obtained a Certificate of Strategic Leadership and Innovation.
