Amanda Toreki has had a varied work experience. Amanda began their career in 2015 as a Sales Associate at Old Navy. In 2017, they became a Sales Associate at Barnes & Noble, Inc. In 2019, they worked as an Undergraduate Research Assistant in the Wommack Lab, where they studied prophage gene expression in soybean root nodules. That same year, they also worked as an Undergraduate Microbiology Teaching Assistant at the University of Delaware. In 2020, they joined WuXi Advanced Therapies as a Laboratory Technician I and II, where they performed assays according to testing records and maintained cell cultures in accordance to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Currently, they are employed as a Research Associate at Cabaletta Bio.
Amanda Toreki completed their High School Diploma at Washington Township High School from 2012 to 2016. Amanda then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology/Biological Sciences, General at the University of Delaware, which they completed in 2020.
