Justin Cicarelli

Justin Cicarelli's work experience begins with their current role as a Senior Research Associate at Cabaletta Bio, where they started in 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Integral Molecular from 2021 to 2023, holding various positions. As a Research Associate II, their responsibilities included researching and testing methods to enhance high-throughput cell assay efficiencies, writing customer reports, and determining antibody specificity using the MPA. As a Research Associate I, they conducted epitope mapping of antibodies, performed site-specific alanine scans, and created libraries of mutated constructs for various projects. Before that, Justin worked as a Research Technician II, overseeing lab projects, training new hires, and implementing new lab processes. Justin also worked as a Research Technician I, where they handled culturing mammalian cell lines and produced various media. Prior to their roles at Integral Molecular, Justin served as an Academic and Research Laboratory Co-Op at West Pharmaceutical Services from 2019 to 2020, contributing to cryogenic storage processes and conducting structural and particle analysis of containers. Earlier in their career, they worked as an Inventory Specialist and Money Manager Assistant at Berkshire Food Distributors Inc. from 2015 to 2018, and completed internships at Western Connecticut Health Network (WCHN) and Dental Associates of CT in 2017 and 2015 respectively, where they gained experience in dermatology and dentistry while developing communication skills.

Justin Cicarelli received their high school diploma from Newtown High School in 2017. Justin then went on to attend Drexel University from 2017 to 2021, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Cellular and Molecular Biology.
