Kim DiJulia has worked in various roles since 1989. Her most recent position is Associate Director, Executive Office and IT at Cabaletta Bio, a role they have held since 2019. Prior to that, they were Executive Assistant/Project Manager to the Chief Human Resources Officer at Lincoln Financial Group from 2012-2019. From 2005-2012, they worked as Office Manager & Assistant to the President/CEO at Tengion, where they provided high-level office management support to the Executive Team and managed the President/CEO's calendar, mail, meeting and travel arrangements. From 1998-2005, they were a Project Coordinator at GailForce Communications, where they provided administrative and project support and designed and produced print projects. Finally, from 1989-1998, they held various Administrative Assistant positions at ARAMARK Corporation, including a position in the Healthcare Support Services division, where they discovered AP fraud and helped establish a revised protocol to eliminate it.
Kim DiJulia attended La Salle University from 1985 to 1987, where they studied Accounting. Kim also holds a Supervisory Certificate from Cornell University ILR School.
