Lea De Rosa

Lea De Rosa has extensive work experience in the field of engineering and laboratory management. Lea began their career in 2010 as an Engineering Intern at TELEFLEX MEDICAL OEM. In 2011, they took on the role of Lab Technician Intern at LifeSensors Inc. In 2012, they were a Biomaterials R&D Intern at DSM. From 2013 to 2014, they were a Biopharmaceutical Manufacturing Associate at GlaxoSmithKline. In 2016, they became a Product Development Engineer at Secant Medical, Inc. In 2017, they held two positions simultaneously as a Project Engineer at IMSE- The Institute of Musculoskeletal Science & Education and a Laboratory Lead - Virology Operations at WuXi AppTec. In 2019, they were promoted to Senior Lab Manager and Lab Manager at Cabaletta Bio.

Lea De Rosa attended Drexel University College of Medicine from 2016 to 2018, where they earned a Master of Science (MS) in Biomedicine and Business. Lea then attended Drexel University from 2009 to 2014, where they earned a degree in Biomedical Engineering with a focus on Biomaterials and Tissue Engineering.
