Sagar Sharma

Sagar Sharma began their work experience in 2019 as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the University of Pittsburgh Swanson School of Engineering. In this role, they investigated gait control in patients with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and analyzed motion capture data using MATLAB. Sagar also assisted in setting up test environments and debriefing volunteers.

From 2020 to 2021, Sagar held multiple roles as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at both UPMC Hillman Cancer Center and the University of Pittsburgh. These positions focused on research assistance in various projects.

In 2020, Sagar also worked as an Organic Chemistry Laboratory Teaching Assistant at the University of Pittsburgh.

In 2021, Sagar began a Process Development Internship at Nurix Therapeutics. Sagar later transitioned to the role of Research Associate I and then Research Associate II. Sagar'sresponsibilities included conducting research and supporting project development.

In 2022, Sagar worked at UPMC as an Artificial Heart Biomedical Technician, where they were involved in artificial heart-related activities.

Currently, Sagar holds the position of Senior Research Associate at Cabaletta Bio, starting in April 2023.

Sagar Sharma completed their BS in Bioengineering at the University of Pittsburgh from 2018 to 2022. Before that, they attended Brighton High School from 2014 to 2018, although no specific degree or field of study is mentioned. In terms of certifications, they obtained an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) certification from the Pennsylvania Department of Health in June 2021 and a Heartsaver CPR AED certification from the American Heart Association in May 2019.
