Kimberly Herman

Kimberly Herman has over 25 years of experience in the engineering and project management fields. Kimberly began their career in 1995 as a Quality Engineer at Texas Instruments. In 1998, they moved to Reltec as a Manufacturing Engineer. In 2001, they joined Marconi as a Product Engineer. In 2004, they became a Senior Project Manager at Tellabs. Kimberly then moved to Eltek in 2010, where they held the roles of Director - Engineering Services and Manager - Project Manager & Engineering Support. In 2018, they joined Delta Electronics as a Director Engineering Services and Project Manager. In 2022, they were appointed Director Program Management at Caban Systems.

Kimberly Herman attended the University of Oklahoma from 1988 to 1993, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering.
