Steve Coman

Steve Coman has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources. Steve began their career in 1999 as an HR Business Partner at Cadbury Schweppes. In 2006, they moved to Microsoft as an HR Business Partner. In 2008, they took on the role of Director, Global Human Resources, Controls Sector at Flowserve. In 2009, they became Manager, Human Resources at The Coca-Cola Company. In 2010, they took on the role of HR Business Partner at Hewlett-Packard. From 2012 to 2017, they worked at Celanese as Human Resources Leader, Global Manufacturing, R&D, Sales and Engineered Materials. From 2017 to 2020, they were Human Resources Transformation Leader at Grant Thornton LLP, providing Human Resources Transformation management consulting services to Fortune 500 and Russell 2000 clients. Currently, they are the Vice President Human Resources at Orora Visual. Their most recent role is Head of People at Caban Systems.

Steve Coman holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Penn State University, with a specialization in Human Resources Management and Services, as well as a Bachelor of Science (BS) from the same institution.
