Scott Kubly is the CEO and founder of Cabana. Scott has also served as an advisor for CivStart, curbFlow, and Miles. Prior to that, they were the Chief Programs Officer at Lime and the Director at the Seattle Department of Transportation. Scott began their career as a Senior Advisor at Alta Bicycle Share.

Scott Kubly received their MBA from The Wharton School, their MSCRP in Community and Regional Planning from The University of Texas at Austin, and their BA in Geography from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
