Kelly Watts

Kelly Watts currently serves as Deputy Superintendent for Cabell County Schools, a position held since July 2017, with previous experience as Assistant Superintendent. Prior roles include Executive Director at RESA 3 and Assistant Executive Director at RESA 2, along with adjunct teaching at Marshall University and a decade of experience as a teacher and math facilitator at Wayne County Schools. Kelly's educational background includes multiple degrees from Marshall University in Education, including a Master of Arts and a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education, along with coursework in Accounting and Educational Leadership. Prior to entering the education field, Kelly worked as a travel agent, managing a branch office and handling various organizational responsibilities.
