Jennifer Kayrouz serves as the Central Counties WV Area Health Education Center Director at Cabin Creek Health Systems since November 2021, focusing on addressing rural health disparities and enhancing community health through academic collaboration. Previously, Jennifer held positions including Program Manager for Contact Tracing at the CDC Foundation and Graduate Assistant at Marshall University, where ongoing dissertation research is conducted. Earlier career roles involved coordinating outreach for health services at Provide, Inc., managing statewide medical education at the West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine, and leading the HealthCheck Program at the WV Office of Maternal, Child, and Family Health. Educational achievements include a Doctorate of Education candidate at Marshall University, a Master’s in Public Health from the University of Tennessee, and a Bachelor’s in Health Promotion and Wellness along with an Associate’s in Gerontology from West Virginia State University.

We are a federally qualified health center with 5 primary care centers in Kanawha County, WV all located within a 20 minute drive from Charleston.
