Marlo Berberian

Marlo Berberian has a diverse work experience in various companies. They started their career as a Lead Receptionist at Blushington Inc. in April 2017 and later became a Manager in June 2018. In 2019, they joined Techstars as a Lead Operations Associate, where they handled event logistics, schedule management, and vendor management.

In 2020, Marlo joined Farcast, Inc as the People and Business Operations Coordinator before being promoted to Operations Manager. They later became the Head of People and Operations, responsible for developing technology for precision airdrop deliveries. Marlo left Farcast, Inc in February 2022 and moved to Cabin Editing Company as the Head of HR and People in December 2021. In May 2022, they joined Farcast, Inc again as the Senior Director of Operations.

Marlo attended Pepperdine Graziadio Business School from 2021 to 2023, completing a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management, with a specialization in General Management.

Prior to that, Marlo studied at New York University from 2013 to 2015. Although the degree name is unspecified, Marlo focused on Theatre at the Stella Adler Studio.

Before entering university, Marlo attended Denver School of the Arts from 2009 to 2013, where they obtained a High School degree with a specialization in Theatre.

In June 2020, Marlo earned certifications in Project Management Principles and Practices, Project Management Project- Capstone, and Budgeting and Scheduling Projects from the University of California, Irvine Division of Continuing Education. In May 2020, Marlo acquired certifications in Initiating and Planning projects and Managing Project Risks and Changes from the same institution. Additionally, Marlo obtained a Live Scan Report in October 2016, although the institution from which it was obtained is unspecified.
