Fred Poggemeyer

Fred Poggemeyer has a diverse work experience in the retail industry spanning over two decades. Fred is currently serving as the Vice President of Global Sourcing for Cabinets to Go and Thos Baker Outdoor since December 2021. Prior to this, they held the position of Director of Global Sourcing at Cabinets to Go from October 2020 to January 2022.

During their tenure at Pier 1 Imports, they were responsible for managing multiple categories including wicker and upholstered seating, occasional and accent furniture, cushion programs, dining, home office, outdoor garden, storage, and home entertainment.

Fred began their career as a Buyer for Livingroom, Dining, and Home Office at The Bombay Company from May 1999 to November 2001.

From 1973 to 1979, Fred Poggemeyer attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Studies.
