Hugh Nichols has extensive work experience in the operations management field. Hugh began their career as an Engineer/Assistant Plant Manager at Crotty Corporation from 1995 to 1997. Hugh then worked at Attachment Sales as a Design Engineer/Shop Manager from 1997 to 1998, where they were responsible for designing heavy-duty construction equipment and programming CNC torch cutting tables.

From 1998 to 2015, Hugh worked at The Jones Group Inc. in various roles. Hugh started as a Senior Engineer, where they managed inventory processes, led facility expansions, and created productivity reports and process procedures. Hugh then became an Operations Manager, overseeing a 600k distribution center, managing budgets and cost projections, and ensuring the throughput of 15 million units per year.

In 2015, Hugh joined American Wholesale Book Company as a Senior Manager Operations, responsible for the oversight of order filling and shipping operations, managing a large facility and a team of 150+ associates, and establishing critical functions to improve processes.

Since 2016, Hugh has been working at Cabinets To Go. Initially, they served as a Warehouse Manager and then advanced to the role of Vice President of Operations in April 2017. In this role, they have been responsible for managing operations and overseeing the overall functioning of the company.
