After that, Katie worked at Lifetouch as a Sales Associate for a short period. Katie then ventured into photography, establishing their own business called Katie Marie Photography in 2012. As a Photographer/Owner, they specialized in capturing moments for high school seniors, children, families, weddings, and also had experience in the commercial field.
In 2014, Katie joined Cable Dahmer Automotive Group as a Photographer, responsible for photographing new and previously owned cars and managing the editing and uploading process. Katie then transitioned to the role of Business Development Coordinator, where they answered online inquiries, incoming phone calls, and managed leads for multiple locations. Katie maintained relationships with guests to foster future opportunities.
In 2018, Katie was promoted to Business Development Manager at Cable Dahmer Automotive Group, further enhancing their skills in the field. Most recently, they have taken on the role of Communications Director with the company.
In addition to their work at Cable Dahmer Automotive Group, Katie had a co-ownership position at K&L Photography, where they continued to capture special moments through photography, focusing on senior sessions and weddings.
