Dominic Boon

Dom is Vice President People at Cable & Wireless Communications. He leads a team of experienced HR professionals who ensure that the people strategy aligns with their business objectives and the workforce supports the growth ambitions of the company.

He has been working in HR and Management Consulting for over twenty years and gained experience across a wide variety of organizations, sectors and regions. He has lived in 8 different countries and led work in Change Management, Organizational Design, Organizational Development, HR Transformation, Customer Experience, M&A, Culture Change and Employee Engagement. Prior to joining Cable & Wireless, Dom worked for Liberty Global and Liberty Latin America.

Dom holds a BA Hons from the University of Warwick and is a chartered fellow of the CIPD.
