Najma Bader

Najma Bader has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Najma currently works as a Data Engineer at Cable, a company focused on reducing financial crime. Prior to that, they held a similar role at Kraken Digital Asset Exchange. Najma also worked as a Data Analyst at Adyen, a payment processing company.

Najma's earlier experiences include working as a Senior Data Analyst and Finance and Business Analyst at Glovo, a delivery platform. Najma also worked as a Research Professional at The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and as a Research Assistant at Dondena Research Center (Bocconi University). Najma gained international experience through an internship program at UniCredit and held roles as a Product Lead and intern at Università Commerciale Luigi Bocconi.

Najma started their professional journey as a UKTI Intern at UK Trade & Investment (UKTI). Through their career, they have gained expertise in data engineering, analysis, and research, with a focus on financial crime prevention and business analytics.

Najma Bader completed their education as follows:

From 2016 to 2018, they attended Università Bocconi and obtained a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Economics.

From 2010 to 2014, they studied at Università degli Studi di Milano and earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree with a joint major in Linguistics, Literature, and Political Science.

In 2012 and 2013, they participated in the LLP Erasmus program at Avignon Université, where they focused on Liberal Arts and Sciences, General Studies, and Humanities.

Between 2006 and 2010, Najma Bader attended Liceo classico A. Manzoni, where they received a Diploma in classical studies (maturità classica).

In addition to their formal education, they obtained the following certifications:

- In March 2016, they achieved a score of 680 in the GMAT examination, administered by the Graduate Management Admission Council (GMAC).

- In December 2014, they obtained a high band score of 8 in the Academic IELTS examination through the British Council.
