Tomasz Szwakopf

Tomasz Szwakopf has a diverse work experience, having worked in various roles since 2007. In 2021, they started working as a Product Manager for Cable. In 2020, they worked as a Senior Product Manager for Revolut, where they designed, developed, launched and commercialized new products for EU markets, built mobile experience from zero to market standard, managed cross functional teams delivering at ultra speed, and aligned strategy with stakeholders on every organizational level. From 2015 to 2020, they worked for Wonga, first as the Director of Product Development Department, where they launched consumer credit products on a major Polish SaaS 100% online platform, made transparency and fairness Wonga's edge on the Polish credit market, established a Product Department, and managed through turbulent times. Tomasz then worked as Head of Product, where they launched online instalments in Poland, partnered and integrated with PAYBACK (AMEX) loyalty program, designed automated loan management system, user journeys and underwriting systems, and built up an 18 people strong offshore dev team. Tomasz also worked as a Product Owner. From 2009 to 2007, they worked for Citi as an Assistant Vice President, Digital Projects Manager, Project Manager, and Consultant. Tomasz also worked as a Freelance Web Project Manager/Producer from 2007 to 2009.

Tomasz Szwakopf is currently studying Information Technology and Econometrics at the University of Warsaw. Tomasz has also obtained several certifications, including Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from the Scrum Alliance in March 2016, Agile Project Management Practitioner and Agile Project Management Foundation from APMG-International in November 2013 and October 2013 respectively, M_o_R Foundation from APMG-International in October 2012, Prince 2 Foundation from APMG-International in June 2012, and ITIL v3 Foundation from EXIN in 2012.
