Dylan Mingard has an extensive work experience spanning various industries and roles. Dylan started their career in 2000 as a National Manager at V&M Grain, where they managed procurement and logistics for produce exports. Dylan then worked in the Royal Navy as a Marine Engineer and later as an Operations In charge - Planning.
After leaving the Navy, Dylan held roles as a Facilities Engineer at The Clearing House and Director of Engineering at Sugar Bay Resort and Spa, where they oversaw property operations and maintenance. Dylan also served as Chief Engineer at Marriott Vacations Worldwide Corporation, responsible for engineering and maintenance at a vacation ownership resort.
In 2016, Dylan became the Director Of Island Operations at Peter Island Resort, managing the property operations and off-grid infrastructure. Dylan later joined Grand Wailea as the Assistant Director of Property Operations and then as the Interim Director of Property Operations.
From 2019 to 2023, Dylan worked at Montage International, initially as the Director of Property Operations and Sustainability and then as the Corporate Director.
