Scott Kutchins, PE, is a seasoned civil engineer with extensive experience in project management and engineering implementation. Currently serving as the Landside Implementation Manager for the $2.3 billion Terminal Renewal & Improvement Program at Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport, Scott holds a principal position at Lea+Elliott, Inc., where contributions include overseeing the design and construction of the Fixed Facilities for the Skylink Automated People Mover System. Prior roles at AECOM and O'Brien-Kreitzberg & Associates involved managing utility relocations for major transit projects, demonstrating expertise in contract negotiation and utility management. Scott began career activities at Zachry Corporation, managing engineering tasks for various roadway construction projects. Scott earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University.
