Neil Hussey is an accomplished communications and training professional with extensive experience in the debt collection and customer service industries. Currently serving as Communications Manager at Cabot Credit Management, Neil has previously held the role of Head of Learning, Development and Communications at Orbit, where responsibilities included training over 330 staff. Prior experience includes a decade at South West Water, where Neil advanced through multiple training and quality assurance positions, culminating in the role of Training and Quality Manager. Neil holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Media Arts from the University of Plymouth, earned between 2002 and 2005.
