Laura Teran Soria

Laura Teran Soria has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the European Head of HR Shared Services at Cabot Financial Spain since February 2017. In this role, Laura leads improvement plans and work procedures following the implementation of Workday across Cabot countries. Prior to this, Laura held various leadership positions including Manager Specialist HR Operations for Spain, Italy, and Portugal, and HR Director, where responsibilities included developing HR processes and negotiating collective agreements. Laura's earlier roles include Senior HRBP at Intrum and HR Director at Alvarez, among others, contributing to mergers, policy integration, and payroll processes. Laura holds a degree in Psychology from Universidad Complutense de Madrid.
