Chad Dejong

Chad DeJong is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operational excellence, quality, and continuous improvement. Currently serving as Director of Operational Excellence and Director of Quality and Continuous Improvement at Darn Tough Vermont®, Chad has previously held significant roles such as Senior Program Manager at Factora and Development and Delivery Manager for Enterprise Manufacturing Systems at Green Mountain Coffee Roasters. Prior experience includes Operations Research and Program Management at Intel Corporation and a Research Assistant position at Georgia Tech Research Institute. Chad holds a Master's Degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology and a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial and Operations Engineering from the University of Michigan.
