John Lebourveau

John LeBourveau has extensive experience as a Vice President of Human Resources, working in various BCorps such as Darn Tough Vermont®, Leesa Sleep, Seventh Generation, Stonyfield Farm, and Ben & Jerry's. John started their career at Ben & Jerry's in 1995 as a Senior Director of Human Resources and worked there until 2005. John then moved on to Stonyfield Farm from 2006 to 2007, Seventh Generation from 2008 to 2017, Leesa Sleep from 2017 to 2019, and is currently serving as the Vice President of Human Resources at Darn Tough Vermont® since 2019.

John LeBourveau obtained an Associates Degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Champlain College, which they completed between 1981 and 1983. John then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, and Operations at Keene State College from 1985 to 1988. Later on, they obtained a Master's Degree in Human Resources Management and Finance from Saint Michael's College, which they completed between 1998 and 2000.
