Brian O'Leary

Brian O'Leary has held various senior leadership roles throughout their career. Brian began their career as a Project Engineer II at BTU International from 1990 to 1995. Brian then worked at The BOC Group as a Director of Finance & Planning from 1997 to 2004. In 2006, they joined Honeywell UOP, where they held multiple positions, including Director of Corporate Development and Senior Business Director. Brian was responsible for strategic planning and M&A activities within the company. Brian also played a key role in the expansion of the business globally. In 2016, they became the Vice President and General Manager at UOP RUSSELL LLC. Brian oversaw the operations of the company for a year before moving on to Cabot Microelectronics. At Cabot Microelectronics, they served as the Vice President for Commercial Development, overseeing corporate development and M&A activities, and later became the Vice President & General Manager of the Electronic Chemicals division. In this role, they had full P&L responsibility for the division's global operations and played a crucial role in the integration of strategic acquisitions. Brian O'Leary pursued their education with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Boston University, which they completed between 1986 and 1990.
